Dr. Richard Lowe
Founder and President of RSL Telecom Consulting
Richard is founder and president of RSL Telecom Consulting, a consulting practice that provides business guidance and subject matter expertise to the telecommunications industry with a focus on the burgeoning wireless market and its underlying technologies.
Prior to forming RSL Telecom Consulting in 2011, Richard was Head of Product Line Management, Business Unit CDMA at Ericsson Inc. following the acquisition of that business from Nortel Networks in 2009. Before joining Ericsson, Richard spent nearly 30 years at Nortel Networks, where he held a number of senior management positions across general management, R&D and global operations in the USA, Canada and Europe. From 2005 to 2009 he was President of Carrier Networks, leading their global wireless and wireline businesses. Richard began his Nortel career in 1980 as a Member of Scientific Staff at Bell Northern Research in Ottawa, Canada.
Richard is a graduate of Queen’s University at Kingston, Canada and holds a B.Sc. in Engineering Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry, both from that school. He is based in Dallas, Texas USA.

Amir Elbaz
Mr. Elbaz specializes in operations, strategic planning and corporate finance of early stage companies. Prior to founding iPhotonix Amir advised technology and renewable energy companies on business strategy, restructuring and business development initiatives. He served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of Lithium Technology Corporation between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Elbaz served as a senior associate of Arch Hill Capital NV, a Dutch venture firm. Before moving to the venture capital world, Mr. Elbaz served two years with Yorkville Advisors as VP Corporate Finance, making principal investments in public technology companies. Prior to joining Yorkville Advisors, Mr. Elbaz served for several years as an analyst with the Economic Department in the Procurement Mission of the Israeli Ministry of Defense in New York. Mr. Elbaz holds a B.A. from the University of Haifa, Israel, and an MBA in Finance & Investments from Bernard Baruch College, CUNY, New York.
Boaz Gorfung, CEO, Molodan Ltd.
Mr. Boaz Gorfung is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in business development, strategy, sales and marketing. Mr. Gorfung serves as Director and Chief Executive Officer of Molodan Ltd., the technology investment arm of Tedea Technological Development & Automation Ltd, since early 2010. Previously, Mr. Gorfung served as the Tedea's Vice President - Business Development from 2007 to January 2010. Mr. Boaz Gorfung currently serves as External Director at Space Communication Ltd, a large publicly traded company in the Israeli Stock Exchange, since March 2011. Prior to Molodan, Mr. Gorfung served as the CEO of Excalibur Ventures Ltd. Mr. Gorfung serves on the boards of several portfolio companies and providing guidance to few Israeli startup companies. Mr. Gorfung started his career as an attorney with the Law Firm of Offer & Frightag in Israel, focusing on IPOs, private placements and M&As. Mr. Gorfung has an LLB degree from Coventry University in England.

Doron Roethler
Doron Roethler has vast international business experience in the aviation industry.He has been the managing director and indirect majority owner of TMF Airmarine BV, an independent Dutch aviation company that specializes in spare parts, since 1988. Mr. Roethler currently serves as a board observer to Smart Online Inc., a developer of mobile application platform, and from December 2008 to May 2009 served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer. Prior to TMF, Mr. Roethler worked with several Israeli technology companies in operational and managerial capacities. Mr. Roethler received a B.A. in behavioral science from Ben Gurion University, Beer Sheva, Israel.
